Clinical Utilities & Health Planning
Practical Tools for Everyday Health Decisions
These utilities give general informational estimates and checklists. They are not diagnoses, medical risk predictions or personalized treatment recommendations, and nothing you enter is stored.
Daily Routine Consistency Evaluator
Describe your typical week. You will see a simple index and exactly how each answer contributed.
Enter your habits and select Calculate index. Your breakdown will appear here. Nothing you enter is saved.
Preventive Screening Checklist
Mark each topic once you have thought about raising it with a qualified healthcare professional. Recommendations vary with age, personal history, location and clinical circumstances, so this list does not set a schedule or say anyone is overdue.
Checked items are not saved or sent anywhere. Refreshing the page clears them. Please do not enter medical records into any form on this website.
Symptom Information Index
A reflection tool, not a symptom checker. It describes your answers back to you in neutral terms. It does not name causes, rank conditions or estimate probabilities.
Emergency symptoms need immediate help. If you may be having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number now. In the U.S., you can also call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Do not use this tool.
Answer the four questions to see a neutral summary. Your answers stay in this browser tab and are never saved or sent.
How These Tools Work
Everything runs in your browser using JavaScript. Inputs are read when you press a button, converted to simple numbers, and displayed back to you. No answers are sent to a server or stored in browser storage.
The routine index adds four parts. Planned activity counts up to five days and is worth up to 30 points. Sleep regularity and meal planning are each worth up to 25 points. Preventive-care planning is worth up to 20 points. The total is out of 100.
The checklist simply counts the boxes you tick. The symptom reflection compares your answers with a few plain rules, such as whether something has lasted more than two weeks or is getting worse, and then describes your answers in sentences.
The routine index formula
- Activity: min(days, 5) ÷ 5 × 30
- Sleep: level ÷ 3 × 25
- Meals: level ÷ 3 × 25
- Preventive planning: level ÷ 2 × 20
These weights are our own simple choices, not clinical standards.
What a Website Score Cannot Tell You
It cannot measure health
A high or low number says nothing about blood pressure, blood sugar, heart health or any other clinical measure. It only reflects the answers you chose.
It cannot rule anything out
A reassuring result does not mean a condition is absent. Serious conditions can begin quietly, and only a healthcare professional can evaluate you.
It is not validated
Clinical instruments are tested against evidence. Our scores are not. They are transparent arithmetic that you can read and question.
It does not know you
Age, history, medicines, disability, culture and circumstances all shape what is realistic and safe. None of that is captured here.
Preparing for a Healthcare Conversation
You do not need to collect medical records to prepare. A few notes can make a short visit more useful.
- Write your top two or three questions first, so the most important ones get time.
- Note what has changed, when it started and what makes it better or worse, in your own words.
- Bring a list of medicines and supplements you take, or the bottles themselves.
- Ask what to watch for and when to follow up, and write the answer down.
